• Hubs: 1 year from the date of purchase
• Other Items: 3 months from the date of purchase
• Power Banks: 6 months from the date of purchase

What the Warranty Covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Manufacturing faults
• Malfunctions due to normal use

What is Not Covered by the Warranty:

• Damage caused by physical damage, burn, or tampering
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or neglect
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Instructions on How to Use the Warranty:

• Contact our customer services team
• Return the defective product with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
• We will repair, replace, refund, or exchange the product as deemed necessary
• If there is a manufacturing fault, you can get a refund/replacement within 10 days of receiving the item

Terms that Could Void the Warranty:

• Attempting to remove or alter the serial number or sticker
• Failing to follow the instructions for use and maintenance
• Modifying or repairing the product without authorization
• PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR BURNS DOES NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY
